Pre-requisites to unlock this Superbadge

Remember these important points to avoid unnecessary errors or troubles in clearing the challenges.

  • Create a new Trailhead Playground for this superbadge. Using this org for any other reason might create problems when validating the challenge.
  • Install the unmanaged LEX Superbadge package (package ID: 04tB0000000Q3MT). You might be required to add extra custom fields to standard and custom objects to complete the challenge. If you have trouble installing a managed or unmanaged package or app from AppExchange, follow the steps in this article
  • Rename the standard objects listed in the requirements below to the appropriate Relaxation Gauntlet schema labels specified.
  • For the purpose of this challenge, assume that all reports that relate to opportunities run using opportunity product service dates from 1/1/2026 to 12/31/2026. Yes, that’s right. 2026.

It’s time to create a Process Builder for Fulfillment Creation.

Now change the Case Reason field Picklist values. First you have to remove the available values except – Feedback and Other. Now add below values to the picklist.

  • Cancellation/Refund
  • Special Needs.

Now create an action in Fulfillment object with name: New Expedition Leader Case


Challenge 8

Download the excel file given in the link and modify the data as per business requirements and save it as .csv file on your computer. Now upload the file and map as many fields as you can without creating new ones.

Here is the image to divide the content of the file and upload it through Data Import Wizard

Save as 4 separate .csv files and upload each of them and map the fields. This way u can avoid the errors.


Challenge 9

Wohoo.. we are almost there and this is the last step to complete the superbadge.

First add photo custom up loader to Adventure Lightning record page.

Create a report named – Opp Stage by Adventure with the following information.

Select “Opportunities with Adventures” as report type. Create report in Classic so that you can update the date ranges in 2026.

Group fields are : Stage and Adventure Package Name
Filter: Adventure Package Date.
Date Range: 01/01/2026 – 12/31/2026

Remaining columns are default. As this is summarize report turn of the Detail Rows Toggle.

Add chart and the details are:
Chart Type: Stacked Vertical Columns
Chart Title: Adventure Stage Comparison
x-Axis: Adventure Name / Adventure Package Name
y-Axis: Record Count
Stacked by: Stage

Add this chart to Adventure Record Type with the label – Adventure Stage Comparison. Save the report in the folder – Adventure Comparison.

Change the Fulfillment page layout details. Move the fields – related contact, related adventure, the explorer’s preferred contact method, whether the explorer has submitted a waiver, and the fulfillment status to top of the layout.

Change the Navigation Menu and only keep the tabs – Home, Explorers, Opportunities, Adventures, Fulfillments, Reports, and Dashboards.

Enable this Navigation Menu to sales, service, and fulfillment profiles (expedition leaders and fulfillment team members), system administrators, the custom support profile, and custom sales profile.
