To unlock this badge, you need to complete the 4 modules mentioned in the above image.

To help you get started, here are a few tips:
Before you start doing this superbadge, create a new Trailhead Playground to avoid errors in completing challenges.
Once you have created the TP, then install a package (package ID 04t34000001IqqV) to implement Residential Sales assets.
You need to download the given .csv file and modify the data as per requirements (These changes should be done to pass the challenge):
- Account names should not be in all capital letters.
- All accounts must have a Type.
- All Billing States must use the two-letter state abbreviation instead of spelling out the full name.
You have to add a picklist value –“Residential” to the “Type” field in “Account” Object.
Create users as given in the table.
Follow the use cases step-by-step given in the instructions. Read each line twice before you move on to next challenge. While creating users, carefully select the platforms.
