I am here again to share some basic knowledge to enter into Salesforce Ecosystem. Now-a-days, everyone moving forward in their career without sticking to one technology or similar roles. Enthusiastic people transforming their career’s into different technologies by learning them. Few are becoming out-standing performers and few are giving up after some trails.

In simple words, transition is a career path of an individual which consists of different levels of career from first job to retirement or stop working. Each of these life events is a career transition and serves as an important milestone throughout the life span. There are numerous types of career transitions that involve unanticipated or even undesired shifts in an individual’s career path.

Making a career transition can be a complex process with many variables. There is a logical flow to the step-by-step process described here but we all know that life is not linear. You will likely cover all aspects of the process when transitioning but you may not go in perfect sequential order.
